- 1 can low-salt cream of chicken soup
- 1 can white chicken or turkey in broth
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/3 c. diced onion
- Mrs. Dash
- 1/2 c. shredded or diced carrots
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- salt to taste
Directions

1Combine chicken broth, celery, onion, carrot, a dash of Mrs. Dash, uncooked rice and salt to taste.

2Cook slowly until rice

3is done and vegetables are tender.

4Add can of cream of chicken soup

6Continue cooking for 30 minutes, adding water as necessary.
