French Onion Soup

- 1 qt. beef bouillon (6 cubes)
- 3 c. thinly sliced onions
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. white wine
- Provolone cheese slices
- sliced white bread
Directions

1Pour bouillon stock in crock-pot, cover and cook on high. Cook onions with butter slow in skillet.

2Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

3Uncover and add salt, flour, sugar and wine.

4Stir well and add to crock-pot.

5Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.

6Serve bread topped with cheese slices and cover with French Onion Soup.
