- 1 fryer, cut up or 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. green olives, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown unfloured chicken in melted butter in Dutch oven or deep frying pan.

2Remove chicken to plate.

3Stir pepper and olives in drippings.

4coat well.

5Add soup and water; mix.

6Put chicken back in and simmer until tender, approximately 30 minutes.

7Boil 4 to 6 servings vermicelli; drain and rinse.

8Put noodles in large dish and pour on chicken mixture.

9Top with 1 cup grated cheese.

10Place in 350° oven until cheese melts.
