- 1 cup water
- 1 1/3 cups Minute Rice
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
Directions

1Boil 1 cup water and the rice, stir and let stand for 5 minutes covered.

2Melt butter in skillet.

3Add egg; cook until set.

4Add onion and rice; brown.

5Mix 1/3 cup water and soy sauce; add to rice.
