  • 8 oz. flour
  • 6 oz. sugar
  • 6 oz. margarine or butter
  • 2 oz. cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • milk (have a liter on hand)

Directions

    Put all of the ingredients into a bowl.

    Whisk with an electric beater.

    Add milk a little at a time until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Pour mixture in greased cake tins.

    Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until done.
