  • 1 (50 oz.) can chopped clams
  • 1 (50 oz.) can cream of potato soup
  • 12 strips bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 small cans evaporated milk

Directions

    Cook bacon until crisp. Add onion and cook until done.

    Drain juice from clams and simmer juice in pan with onion and bacon.

    In a large pot, add clams, potato soup and evaporated milk.

    Add bacon-onion and juice mixture. Stir in thyme, pepper and Old Bay seasoning.

    Mix and heat.

    Don't boil.
