- 2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped dried onion (or fresh)
- 1 can whole kernal corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted margerine or butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
Directions

1Mix well all ingredients.

2Pour into well greased 2 quarts (1900 ml) casserole dish.

3Start baking at 375 degrees (200 C.) until nicely brown on top then turn over down to 350 degrees (175 C.) and bake for about an hour or until set in center.
