- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine muffin mix, corn, sour cream, oil and egg in a bowl; mix well.

3Grease 12 muffin cups with shortening.

4Fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.

5Bake on the center rack of preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden. Yields 1 dozen.
