Quick Corned Beef Casserole

  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, mashed
  • 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients.

    Mix soup and milk, then pour into corned beef mixture.

    Mix well.

    Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
