Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz.) cans crab meat or 1 lb. fresh
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 can pea soup
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 2/3 c. sherry (optional)
  • sour cream and chopped chives

Directions

    Heat soup and cream together just until hot.

    Add sherry and crab meat, stirring gently.

    Bring back to hot temperature.

    Serve with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of chives.
