  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 5 teaspoons finely chopped celery

  • 2 English muffins, split
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 thin slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 thin slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • Paprika
