  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. light cream
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
