- 2 cups cold 2% reduced fat milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Instant Pudding, any flavor
Directions

1Pour milk into medium bowl.

2Add pudding mix.

3Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.

4Spoon into six 5-ounce paper or plastic cups or popsicle molds.

5Insert wooden spoons or sticks or plastic spoons into each for a handle.

6Freeze 5 hours or until firm.

7Place bottom of cup under warm running water for 15 seconds.

8Press firmly on bottom of cup to release pop.

9Store leftover pops in freezer.
