- 1 c. chopped cooked beef
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
- 2 tsp. diced dried bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley

2Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles. In an ungreased 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish, arrange the dough triangles with their points toward the center of the dish.
