  • 3 strips bacon
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Dice the bacon; cook in a large skillet until crisp.

    Crumble in ground beef and brown well; drain off excess fat.
