- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 (2-crust) pkg. refrigerator pie pastry
Directions

1Microwave peas and carrots using package directions.

2Melt butter in saucepan.

3Blend in flour.

4Add chicken broth, milk, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

5Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

6Add chicken and peas and carrots.

7Cook until heated through.

8Spoon into pastry-lined pie plate.

9Top with remaining pastry.

10Trim and seal edge; cut vents.

11Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until brown.
