- 1/2 Tablespoons Bacon Fat Or Olive Oil
- 1 whole Large Yellow Onion, Diced
- 2 pounds Any Ground Beef
- 1 leaf (29 Oz Size) Tomato Sauce
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Pinto Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Kidney Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder (I Like Ancho Chili Powder)
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 dashes Cayenne Pepper (or More To Taste)
- 1 dash Celery Salt, Or More To Taste
- Sour Cream, to taste
- Cheddar Cheese, to taste
- 6 slices Cooked Bacon, Crumbled
- 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced
Directions

1Heat the bacon fat or olive oil in a large (5-quart) Dutch oven or pot over medium heat.

2Saute diced onions until they are soft and translucent (not browned).

3Add in the ground beef and cook thoroughly.

4Next add the sauce, beans and seasonings.

5Stir, cover and let simmer over medium-low for twenty minutes.

6Serve with a dollop of sour cream, a little cheddar and crumbled bacon pieces then sprinkle with sliced green onions.
