  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 c. California sherry (dry, medium or cream)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Mix for 5 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.

    Pour batter into a greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake in moderate oven, 350°, for 45 minutes.

    Cool 5 minutes before turning out onto a cake plate.

    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
