  • 1 lb. franks (2-inch pieces)
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • onion seasoning to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 9 oz. green beans, drained (may use 16 oz. can beans)

Directions

    Brown franks; remove to side dish.

    Pour off fat.

    Cook celery and onion in chicken broth until liquid is gone.

    Add everything else; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
