- 1 pkg. skinned chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- lemon pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.

2Salt and dip each piece of chicken breast in flour.

3Brown well on both sides and simmer for 5 minutes.

4Pour lemon juice over fried pieces and sprinkle with lemon pepper.

5Simmer another minute and serve.
