- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Melt butter in a deep casserole dish.

2Combine flour, sugar, milk and baking powder.

3Then pour batter on top of butter.

4Do not stir!

5On top of batter, pour 2 cups fruit that includes its juice, such as peaches, pears and berries that are sweetened to your taste.

6Do not stir!

7Cook about 30 minutes or until it is golden brown at a temperature of 350°.
