Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large can sliced peaches, canned cherries, apples or you may use fresh fruit
Directions

1Melt oleo or butter in glass dish or pan.

2Mix the ingredients together to make a batter (except the fruit).

3Pour batter into dish with melted butter.

4Put fruit on top of batter.

5Batter will come to top and form a crust when baked.

6Bake in 350° oven until brown on top.

7Very good served warm with ice cream.
