- 1 head lettuce
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 onion
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Italian cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1In a large bowl shred lettuce, next slice cauliflower and then put mayonnaise on top of cauliflower.

2Next slice onion; then fry bacon and crumble over onion.

3Then spread Parmesan cheese and sugar on top.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Right before you are ready to eat, mix the salad together.
