  • 1 stick oleo or butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 large can fruit or 2 c. raw fruit

Directions

    Melt oleo or butter in deep baking dish; set aside.

    Mix sugar, flour and milk.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Add prepared fruit (if canned, drain) on top of batter mix.

    Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 325°.

    Serve warm.
