Quick Garlic & Chilli Bread for the BBQ

  • 1 14 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 14 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried chili
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 cup hot water

Directions

    Sift flour & salt together into a large bowl, mix in parsley, garlic & chilli.

    Blend in oil and add water, mix to a soft dough and turn onto a floured surface.

    Knead Gently.

    Cut into 4 even-sized pieces, roll into thin circles and brush each piece lightly with oil.

    Cook circles on an oiled hot BBQ plate for 2 mins each side flattening as they cook.
