Quick Garlic & Chilli Bread for the BBQ

Ingredients
- 1 14 cups self-raising flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 14 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried chili
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 cup hot water
Directions

1Sift flour & salt together into a large bowl, mix in parsley, garlic & chilli.

2Blend in oil and add water, mix to a soft dough and turn onto a floured surface.

3Knead Gently.

4Cut into 4 even-sized pieces, roll into thin circles and brush each piece lightly with oil.

5Cook circles on an oiled hot BBQ plate for 2 mins each side flattening as they cook.
