- 1 soy sauce (if you like)

1Cut up leftover beef, pork or chicken in small pieces (need not be much).

2Place a small amount of margarine or use Pam in skillet. Place cold cooked rice in a hot skillet with chopped onions. Saute.

3When onions are cooked, add meat and beaten eggs.

4Scramble all together.

5Make a green salad and you have a fast, tasty meal.
