  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Each) Chick Peas (garbanzo Beans), Drained
  • 13 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini (found In The Organic Or Health Food Section Of Your Grocery Store)
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 whole Handful Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 dash Black Pepper To Taste

Directions

    Place drained chick peas in a food processor, and pulse until peas are finely chopped.

    Add the remaining ingredients and turn the food processor on until hummus is smooth.

    Add additional salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve chilled.
