- 3 qt. water
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 c. canning salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dried cayenne pepper or 1/5 tsp. ground
- 2 pods whole fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried
Directions

1Wash cucumbers, 2 to 4-inches long and place in clean jars. Add 1 clove garlic, pepper and dill.

2Bring water, vinegar and salt mixture to a boil and pour over cucumbers.

3To seal the jars, process in a boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
