- Lahmacun
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1/2 pound Ground beef
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Grounded black pepper
- 1/2 cup Parsley
- 4 Lavash
- Stuffing
- 2 cups Carrot (grated)
- 1 cup Chopped pickle
- 1/2 cup Shaved (red) onion
- Red chili pepper to taste
- 1 Lemon
Directions

1Combine all the lahmacun ingredients. You need a little more saucy mix than a regular meatball mix.

2Divide the mix into 4 parts and spread each one onto one lavash.

3Heat the oven into 375 degrees and bake them until the meat gets brown.

4Put stuffing to each one and squeeze a quarter lemon. Sprinkle red chili pepper to taste and roll the lahmacuns.
