Ingredients

  • 1 large carton cottage cheese
  • 6 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix cottage cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese.

    Brown the ground beef.

    Drain.

    Add spaghetti sauce.

    Simmer.

    Cook noodles.

    In pan, place layer of sauce, then cottage cheese mix, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses and 4 lasagna noodles.

    Repeat.

    Top layer should include sauce and cheeses. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
