- 12 lasagna noodles broken in large pieces
- 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
- 1 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook noodles according to package directions.

2In a soup pot, cook sausage on medium to high heat about 8 to 10 minutes or until not pink, stirring to crumble. Drain; add noodles and the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

3Reduce heat to medium and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted.
