Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large carton cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese (reserve 1 c. for top layer)
  • 1 box lasagne noodles
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 jars Prego or Ragu sauce
  • garlic powder to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • basil to taste

Directions

    Brown meat with garlic powder, oregano, basil and onion. Drain well.

    Pour sauce into large pan and mix with meat.

    Heat well.

    Cook noodles in water and olive oil.

    Combine cottage cheese with 2 beaten eggs.

    Mix well with other cheeses, saving 1 cup of Parmesan for top layer.
