  • 1 each onions or 3 scallions, chopped
  • 3 cups kale fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 18 teaspoon turmeric
  • 13 cup vegetable stock
  • 3 cups rice cooked
  • 8 cups water or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup yeast, active dry nutrional
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari or soy sauce

Directions

    In a large pot, saute onion, kale, and seasonings in 13 cup vegetable broth over medium heat for 5 minutes.
