Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2/3 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1/2 to 1 lb. leftover meat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. noodles or thin macaroni
Directions

1Brown onion, garlic and celery in hot fat.

2Add meat; brown lightly.

3Add all remaining ingredients (except macaroni).

4Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.

5Cook macaroni and drain.

6Place on platter and pour sauce over macaroni.

7Use Parmesan cheese, if desired, over all.
