  • 5 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 c. olive oil, vegetable oil or a combination of both (I use safflower oil)
