  • 2 each jelly
  • 1 each evaporated milk can

Directions

    Put the can of milk in fridge to chill for 24 hrs.

    Melt the jellies in half pint boiling water put aside to go cold but not to set.
  3. 3
    Place evaporated milk in a large bowl and whisk on high speed with an electric hand whisk.

    This takes awhile but milk will triple in volume and become thick and airy.
  5. 5
    Stir in cold jelly and place in fridge to set for a couple of hrs.
  6. 6
    Can be decorated how ever you choose or left plain.
