Ingredients

  • 7 ounces flavored tortilla chips cheese-
  • 13 1/2 ounces basil and oregano tomatoes
  • 13 1/2 ounces chili beans Mexican
  • 2 ounces cheese three-, blend, grated
  • 1 avocado finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber deseeded, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking dish. Arrange tortilla chips in dish.

    In a food processor, process tomatoes and beans for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour over tortilla chips. Top with cheese. Bake for 10 mins, or until cheese melts.

    Meanwhile, combine avocado, onion, cucumber, cilantro and lemon juice. Serve with nachos.
