- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 1/4 cup low-fat granola without raisins
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon peach mixture evenly into 2 (10-ounce) custard cups coated with cooking spray.

2Place cups on a baking sheet; top each with 2 tablespoons granola. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until peach mixture is thoroughly heated and topping is crisp.
