- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 medium size can crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Bake cake as directed.

2Poke holes across cake as a jello cake.

3Pour crushed pineapple over top and spoon juice into holes. Cool cake.

4Mix pudding and milk and add to Cool Whip. Beat about 2 minutes. Spread over cool cake.

5Sprinkle coconut over top, if desired.
