Quick Pulled Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 each onions chopped
- 1 each garlic clove
- 2 cups chicken cooked, shredded, pulled apart with two forks
- 2 cups tomatoes puree
- 4 ounces green chili peppers can
- 1 x salt and black pepper
- 6 each corn tortillas (6-inch)
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 each avocados large, thinly sliced
- 1 x hot salsa
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic until onion is translucent.

2Discard garlic.

3Add chicken, tomato puree and chilies.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

6Spoon some chicken mixture into each taco shell.

7Then Fill each with some cheese, avocado, lettuce, and salsa or your other favorite toppings as desired.

8Serve immediately.
