- 1 pkg. (6 to 7) flour tortillas
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
- 1/2 jar jalapenos, chopped or 1 small can diced chilis
Directions

1Place 1 tortilla in nonstick (ungreased) frying pan over medium heat.

2Top with mixture of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until covered.

3Add peppers (to taste).

4Top with another tortilla.

5Flip when bottom is toasted light brown.

6Remove when other side is browned.

7Cut into 6 to 8 wedges.

8Continue for remaining tortillas.

9Makes 60 to 80.
