- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. onion
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. fried sausage, crumbled
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients in one bowl until the eggs are well blended. Pour into a buttered deep pie pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the center.
