  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 pt. heavy cream or half and half
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 6 oz. precooked weight crumbled bacon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 oz. dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • parsley flakes or chives
