  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 C shredded Monteray jack cheese, can be jalapeno jack for extra spiciness
  • 6 large roasted New Mexico chiles
  • 3 sliced thin potatoes
  • Fresh salsa
  • sour cream
