- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. melted shortening
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast over warm water; add sugar and salt with 1/2 the

3Put in beaten egg and melted shortening.

5add the rest of the flour.

6Cover and let rise until double in bulk.

8in greased muffin pans or make into 12 rolls. Let it rise.

9Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
