- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 30 g butter, chopped
- 12 cup water
- 12 cup milk
- rosemary sprig
- olive oil
- sea salt
Directions

1Use pulse action on food processor to combine flours with butter.

2Add water mixed with milk and process a few seconds until well combined and dough forms.

3Turn onto surface floured with self-raising flour.

4Knead lightly and roll out into a long oval 1.5cm thick.

5Place on a greased oven tray.

6Make even indents over dough with fingertips.

7Fill each indent with rosemary.

8Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.

9Bake in hot oven 220C for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.

10Serve warm.
