Quick Salmon Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 large can salmon, drained (save the liquid)
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (Colman's)
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1 envelope gelatin, dissolved in the juice from the can

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except salmon, in a saucepan.

    Cook mixture over low heat until heavy cream consistency.

    Fold in the salmon.

    Chill well overnight.
