Quick Salmon Mousse

- 1 large can salmon, drained (save the liquid)
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (Colman's)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- dash of cayenne
- 1 envelope gelatin, dissolved in the juice from the can
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except salmon, in a saucepan.

2Cook mixture over low heat until heavy cream consistency.

3Fold in the salmon.

4Chill well overnight.
