- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. oil (for frying)
Directions

1Drain salmon; reserve 2 tablespoons liquid.

2In mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg and onion; stir in flour.

3Combine baking powder and reserved liquid.

4Stir into salmon mixture.
