  • Salt, if desired
  • Pepper, if desired
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar black bean and corn salsa
  • 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli White American, quartered
  • 2 cups multi-colored tortillas strips*
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce

Directions

    Cook ground turkey in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat 8-9 minutes or until no longer pink.

    Drain; season with salt and pepper, if desired.

    Stir in salsa; top with American.

    Cover; reduce heat to medium-low.

    Cook 1-2 minutes or until American is melted.
