- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. cleaned, cooked or canned shrimp
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until tender but not brown.

2Add soup; heat and stir until smooth.

3Stir in sour cream and curry powder. Add shrimp and heat.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Add a sprig of parsley.

6Serve over hot rice.
